CaraVienne
Belgian CaraVienne is a light colored crystal malt.  It imparts a rich caramel-sweet aroma and a toffee-like flavor.  It adds light amber to copper hues to beer.  Crystal malts also add body and improve head retention.  
16-22 Lovibond, Use a max of 20% in your beers.
