Potassium Caseinate (1oz)
Removes oxidized phenolic (brown colored) and bitter compounds in white wines.
Dissolve 2.5g in 25ml of water per gallon treated. Allow to swell for 4 hours. Add to wine and mix well. Rack off sediment in 2-15 days.
